Safety Procedures for CycleOM

We know that you may be hesitant about coming back to the studio and we understand. We will continue our OM at Home schedule to inspire you and keep you fit and healthy in the comfort of your own home.

When you are ready to return, know that safety and cleanliness is our top priority and bringing you the best experience is our goal!

Member Responsibilities
For your safety and that of our staff & other members, please do not come to the studio if you have recently been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or are exhibiting any of the symptoms listed by the CDC. Please seek appropriate medical help, then let us know and we will freeze your class membership.

Please pay for and book your classes on-line at CycleOM.com. Class sizes are limited and drop-ins are currently unavailable. Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes before class, wear a face mask and go directly to the yoga studio (all yoga classes) or reception (spin classes only). Please observe the social distancing markers on the floor in front of each studio. Check in will be conducted at each studio.

Once you are in the studio, on your mat or designated bike, you may choose whether you wish to exercise with or without your mask.

Currently, yoga mats, props (blocks, straps, blankets), cycling shoes and towels will not be provided. Please bring your own. (Note: You can clip into our pedals with cycling shoes that have “SPD” cleats or wear any closed in athletic shoe and place your feet in the baskets.)

Please also bring water with you as the water dispenser in yoga has been removed and the one in reception should only be used in emergencies.

Studio Responsibilities
– Our studios will be completely disinfected after every class
– Class numbers are limited to ensure safe social distancing while exercising
– Our staff will be temperature checked before shifts. Gloves and face masks will be worn as per CDC, State and County guidelines.
– Entrances will be marked to indicate safe social distancing in reception and yoga.
– Bikes will be blocked out and the Ride room has been re-arranged to ensure social distancing.
– As hands-on adjustments are currently prohibited Mysore classes have been temporarily suspended.
– Yoga mat positions are marked out to ensure safe social distancing while practicing.
– Due to decreased capacity customers are requested to pay and book on-line, but as space is limited we will be enforcing a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
